[nvda-translations] Instant Translate

Hi Beca,
I downloaded the InstantTranslate add-on, changed the file extension to nvda-addon and attempted to run it. I got a error message stating that opening of the filefailed; file not found or invalid formatting. 

I am using Windows 7 and NVDA 2012.3.1.
