[nvda-translations] Important announcement: please don't delete old what's new revisions

Hi all,
It appears that, with a certain commit, old what's new entries (changes.t2t)
for 2010.1 and earlier were accidentally removed. I'm working on restoring
these as part of a pull request (a GitHub issue will be filed shortly). So
please don't delete your valuable translations.
