[nvda-translations] Add-on translations workflow: Gettext templates not syncing

H Jamie and others,
Since a few weeks ago, Gettext templates are not syncing from Git to SVN,
causing languages to not pick up new and deleted messages in various
add-ons. Could this be related to a recent server crash? Thanks.
