While Filfre isn't supported at this time, you can play all the games that it supports using Frotz for Z-Code games and Glulxe/Git for Glulxe games. Please note that do to a bug with the Windows Frots interpreter, you must first run the program and select a game to play when prompted, rather than trying to open a game file by hitting enter on it in windows Explorer. If you try to open a game through Windows Explorer, Frotz will load, but NVDA won't be able to see the game text. For best results when playing Z-Code games in Frotz, I also recommend that you bring up the preferences dialog from within Windows Frotz with Control-p and check the 'Fast Scrolling' checkbox.
This information can also be found in the about dialog of the NVDA add-on.
