I think those people were just translating too much text all in one go
and were temporarily blocked by google, instant translate is still
working for everyone else.

Yes, this one is currently still not working, and due to the 50 free
requests per google account its probably not worth reviving unless we
find a workable solution.
I have removed it from the website.
