Although this is not exactly your request, As far as I can remember the
suggested code, you'd be able to load a "Profile dictionary", as well as
to merge number of dictionaries, loaded from different places.
May be it's not a bad idea of allowing add-ons to bundle configuration
profiles.
And why not speech dictionaries, too - the point is, that you'd want to
load them automatically, and possibly for the user to be able to edit
them - that's why I've made association with the suggested "Profile
dictionaries".
