[nvda-addons] about the newfon synthesizer

Hello everyone,
To read Russian, I am using the Newfon synthesizer in NVDA. Does anyone
have contact with the author of that synthesizer? i'd be interested in
getting in touch with him and developing some voices for the minority
languages of Russia.
