[nvda-addons] TextPad: Is This A Beginner Thing?

Hi,
Is this something a beginner should handle? In TextPad, the text editor, when I 
select text, NVDA does not say the selected text. I want to try to get NVDA to 
say the text I select. Should I be able to get the Add-on guide and use it to 
figure out how to get NVDA to say the selected text?
