Because it is not developed by NVAccess, the mentioned website
ww.nvdaremote.com give the developers names.
But I didn't know this add-on would be integrated to NVDA core after it will be
released to the public... This fact is not mentioned on the website.

I haven't found any information that this add-on is becoming a paid
one and not an open source creation like it was intended to be.
Hence, I conclude that this NVDA Remote Access add-on is going to be
free and open source just like NVDA itself, and, its code would be
used for reference by NV Access while implementing remote access
support in NVDA core itself.
