Hi, many thanks for this add-on.
You can find information on including add-ons in the community website in its add-ons under development section.
You can also request to become a member of the add-on team if you want to create an add-on repo in the corresponding Bitbucket account, to manage translations with the automated system.
If you want to create pages in the add-on website, you can request to join the translators team.
I can't review your add-on deeply now. Anyway, I have tested it and I think that:
1. It causes that objects as links or menus are read two times.
2. I can't determine where an emoticon appears in the text exactly, as the played sound doesn't seem to be played in a precisse way (perhaps for the contrast between the voice speed and the sound lengh).
3. The status of the plugin is not shown in braille when NVDA+shift+h is pressed.
Hope someone can review this.
Thanks.
