I agree about the packaging and think the plastic packaging is not verry
recyclable. Have informed Joan at Rnib but so far nothing has changed!!
Paper packaging was easy to open and you could recycle it too.

from heathfield used to have all delivered by thursday now they turn up
friday and sat or even monday following week
the cds was better in the paper packets then the new ones rnib are putting
them in
