Hi,
We have identified that the following papers didn't go our via email
this morning:

The Guardian - text version
The Independent - HTML and text versions
The Scotsman - HTML and text versions
The Sun - HTML and text versions
The Times - HTML and text versions

The blip happened during The Guardian send, hence HTML being received
and not text. Our developers are working on identifying the source of
the blip. We will be resending the missing papers shortly, so The
Guardian will be resent with both attachments.

The survey is imminent!
Regards
Alison

Hi Huw

I also receive The Guardian by email, and my html copy included all
three
parts, although the txt version was not included. This doesn't bother me
as
I don't use it.

As an aside, I wonder what happened to that much trumpeted survey we
were
promised?

All the best

Gareth

Today's 'Guardian' by email comprises html versions of the G2 supplement
and
main news only. May I also please have the other bits, including the
sports supplement as well as the full text version?
Regards,
Huw.
