In the sighted world, if a paper wasn't delivers, would the
customer still have to pay, no.

Hi Dan, Derek and All

I haven't received any titles by e-mail either this morning. I
contacted Customer Services a little earlier in Peterborough who
informed me there is a problem with the RNIB Newsagent e-mail service
but their I.T. Section are currently working on it and hope to have
it back up and running by about lunchtime. They advised me to contact
them again after lunch if the problem has still not been resolved.

It seems that no one from RNIB Newsagent can be bothered to post
updates on the Forum these days. You only have to look at the
Magazine section of the website to see that titles are not being
updated regularly, but we are not being informed the reason for the
delays.
