It would be great if Easy cook does materialise, especially as it is the
double copy. It didn't seem to make it on to the website at all, just jumped
from June's
To September.

Hi Chris,

I reported Irish Times being missing on Saturday morning and the technical
team are in contact with the publisher, who it looks like may have provided
a incorrectly formatted file.

For BBC Easy Cook our supply manager tells me the following info:
'We had a double issue for July and August which we upload on the 1st June
(this one is dated and in the shops far ahead of the published date). We
don't / didn't upload any copy in July but we now have the September
edition. This will go onto NASS with a date of 1st August.'
I am, however, chasing ICT to see if this one can be remade for you.

I have sent you the backlogs of Nature and New Scientist and have checked
your account to make sure they are set up correctly.
BMJ did not make it back from the transcriber this week. It is being chased
at the moment.

Kind regards,

Kirsten

Hi Kirsten

I have not received today's issue of the Irish Times by e-mail, and neither
has it been updated on the NTNM website.

I should be grateful if you would forward me the missing title by e-mail,
and also if you could update me regarding the problem.

Also, I have yet to receive the following titles by e-mail from the Magazine
section: BBC Easy Cook July/August 2015, this issue also failed to appear
on your website with the last issue being the June 2015 issue, before the
current issue on your site being the September 2015 issue.

British Medical Journal for 15 August 2015 has also failed to appear this
week, last week I received it on Thursday 6 August by e-mail.

I have not received New Scientist by e-mail for the past three weeks and I
have not received Nature for the 23rd and 30th July either.

I will forward a complete list of the publications I subscribe to by e-mail
separately once I have the information to hand in an attempt to resolve this
ongoing problem.

My span folders are all empty, my e-mail settings are all correct and I have
contacted BT regarding the issue, who have checked their end and can find no
problems. The e-mail titles are downloaded on a daily basis and saved in a
folder in My Documents and the e-mail message is then deleted.

Regards

Chris
