Thanks Ari. I wasn't sure if an email system was still running alongside the website. I certainly don't get the magazines emailed to me any more, though I've never asked that to be stopped, so perhaps it's been scrapped.
I'd love to get old copies of the BBC History Magazine, I wonder if they keep copies at RNIB. It's hard to get anyone to answer emails from there.
Cheers,
Shell.

Subject: [ntnm] Re: Getting back issues of magazines.

I wonder how that would be done, since the email system to do that
doesn't exist anymore? It was quite entertaining and fun in the past
to get an issue of a newspaper from 2002 or some of those older news
days and read through.
Also, I'm quite curious how the RNIB decides what etext magazines to
produce? What I mean is, I would have thought the titles we used to
have like the magazines for teens, Song lines, Rugby World, World
Football and Cricket Magazine would have been read by more people than
World Archeology Magazine? I mean, isn't archeology quite obscure
hobby?
Of course I might be wrong and there might have been many people
wanting it, I'm just curious how the process works. I do wish though
there were a few more etexts on the Olympics, other sports, lifestyle,
and, if it were ever possible, some international titles, don't know
if that could work out.
Another magazine I'd love to see, you get magazines from the BBC, is
there any chance of getting BBC Focus on Africa Magazine? Of course
I'm interested in having it because I live here, so I'd understand if
most other people wouldn't be interested in that so it wouldn't be
done, I'm just wondering about the possibility or how easy it is,
since we already get magazines from there.

Hi,
Is it still possible to get back issues of magazines? I know there used to

be a way to send an email command and have them delivered by email. If this

is still possible, could someone please send me the instructions. Would be
very grateful.
Cheers,
Shell.
