Hi Alison,
I worked with TNAUK back in 2008, using you as an example on email delivery.
Sarah Morley-Wilkins helped.
Source material was obtained, then (2008), from each publisher.
Have things changed since, and is there now a central resource for material
from each and every publisher (ie. The centralised resource you reference).
No worries if that is so.
But the game seems to have changed since 2008.

We've just been notified by the Newspaper Licensing Agency, who provide
us with the newspaper content, that they are doing some essential
maintenance work on their website this Sunday. It shouldn't affect the
delivery of the newspapers to our website or customers receiving their
newspapers by email from us. Unfortunately it may affect our ability to
create the Daisy editions, as these are produced later in the day.
Apologies in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
