This is intended for those at NASA Langley.

We need some volunteers to support NASA at the Virginia Black Expo on
August 25 at the Hampton Roads Convention Center. If you can do this,
please contact Katrina Young at katrina.l.young@xxxxxxxxx

Yolanda,

I really need some friendly individuals to support us with the Virginia
Black Expo on August 25, 2007 from 11 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 7 PM. We
need six volunteers and as of today, I have only one willing soul (not
counting myself).

Langley as part of the Jamestown Signature Events has been exhibitors at
various related events, and we have one more to go. Are you available
and willing to share you experiences and knowledge about NASA and
engineering with the general public on this date?

The exhibit is open to the public and it will be held at the Hampton
Roads Convention Center across from the Coliseum. It is primarily a
business expo, but this year they will also focus on family and history.
So, it should be interesting and informative. There will also be
celebrities such as Louis Gossett, Jr., Yolanda Adams, and LL Cool J so
it should draw a large crowd.

Please share with your colleagues and let me know if you and your
colleagues are available. If there are any questions, just send me an
e-mail or give me a call.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Katrina
