Saturday, February 12th, the National Society of Black Engineers O Zone student
chapters will have their 2011 Spring O Zone Summit on the campus of Hampton
University. These students are seeking individuals who are willing to serves
as guests/judges/presenters as the students practice their elevator pitches as
well as demonstration of technology knowledge. One need not be in a STEM
career to assist but the linkage would be helpful. The judges and workshop
presenters would arrive between 9:30am - 10:00am that Saturday.

If you are available and willing to assist (or know someone in your network who
may), please will you contact Bryce Robinson at
r2ozone@xxxxxxxxx<mailto:r2ozone@xxxxxxxxx> or at his contact number below.

Thanks,

RAJ

Good Evening,

During our meeting, I mentioned that the O Zone has an upcoming event. This
event is the 2011 Spring O Zone Summit. This event will be held at Hampton
University in Olin Hall. During the summit, there will be various workshops for
the guests. These workshops include leadership development, soft skills such as
elevator pitch: presenting yourself proudly in 2 minutes or less and a design
and market workshop where students will be asked to design a product and
present in front of a panel of judges. For these various workshops, I need help
in hosting them. I would like to know if you can help find workshop presenters
for the summit. It will be greatly appreciated and the summit will greatly
benefit from it.

Thank you for your time and help,
Bryce Robinson
