DC SEU is looking to fill two positions within their organization. They are
looking for candidates to fill their Energy Consultant and Manager, Residential

Energy Consultant
Reports to: Manager, Engineering
Group/Division: DC SEU
JOB SUMMARY: (What is done and why.)
Identifies, advocates for and advises on energy efficiency improvements in new
construction and existing commercial, institutional and multi-family
residential buildings and facilities. Participates in the development and
delivery of market based services to maximize the penetration of cost effective
energy efficiency in business markets while contributing to a mission-driven,
creative, enjoyable and stimulating work environment.

Manager, Residential Energy Efficiency Services
Reports to: Director of Operations
Department: DC SEU
Approved: 9/06/13
JOB SUMMARY: (What is done and why.)
Directs, manages and oversees all aspects of DC SEU's Residential Energy
Efficiency Services including the development, delivery and management of
energy efficiency initiatives and programs to residential customers in the
District of Columbia. Oversees the design and launch of innovative new
programs to drive residential electric and thermal gas savings throughout the
District and the placement and marketing of energy efficiency products in
District retail outlets and food banks. The Manager, Residential Energy
Efficiency Services will manage the development and proactive implementation
of strategic plans and initiatives, while contributing to a mission-driven,
creative, enjoyable and stimulating work environment.
