Demonstrate proper use of landmarks to travel between points.
Apply mathematics to solve navigation problems.
Determine appropriate uses of pilotage and dead reckoning.
Distinguish among the different instruments used in radio and advanced
technologies.

Identify the differences in the responsibilities and duties of Air Traffic
Controllers and TRACONS (Terminal Radar Approach Control) and ARTCC (Air Route
Traffic Control Centers). Understand the roles and responsibilities of the Air
Traffic Controller: Clearance delivery, ground, and local. Exhibit competence
in utilizing the International Phonetic Alphabet.

How rockets are constructed..... How parts of a rocket function.....
Students will also discover the “Principals of Flight” using radio control
airplanes. They will also fly kites to understand wind and the effect it has on
any flying vehicle.
Campers report Monday – Friday 9Am – 1:30PM and Saturday from 12 – 3PM the
campers will get up close and personal with a real aircraft and will be treated
to an introductory flight, and pot luck picnic with their families at Riverview
Airport!!
