On Friday, December 13 at 1 p.m., a bald eagle will be released outside the Belle Isle State Park Visitor Center. This bird was found in Northumberland County and over several months has been rehabilitated by the Wildlife Center of Virginia. The bird now has a clean bill of health and can be released.
