Aida Hernandez and I are working together to coordinate the Saturday, June 4 
NJAMC meeting at the shore.  As a reminder, this is a NJAMC friends and family 
social gathering on the beach, not a business meeting, and NJCA members will 
also be invited.

Our series on Monmouth County Parks & Playgrounds continues with a review of 
Maclearie Park in Belmar, New Jersey.


We will be gathering from 12-2pm at Maclearie Park's picnic area in Belmar, NJ.

We discussed food options for catering or potluck and decided on potluck due to 
the fact there is no rain location for our meeting - thus, in the event of 
inclement weather, we will have to cancel and that is easier to do with potluck 
than catering.  Please check your email the morning of June 4.  If it is 
raining in Belmar, Aida will email the listserv to cancel the picnic.


Please RSVP to Maricarmen, Aida, or Jennie with the following by May 31:

1. Number of friends and family coming with you to the picnic so that Aida can 
plan for seating

2. What are you bringing to share: Side, Main, Dessert, or Paper products 
(cups, plates, bowls, napkins, utensils).  Please bring enough of your item for 
a dozen people.

3. Be sure to bring your own beverage
