AFAIK Drazzis currently has the highest Blacksmithing skill in network.
Zygwen has over 200 and I am planning to max Blacksmithing on Aneya. So for
immediate needs you can try Drazzis and in the future Aneya too. I can also
suggest Aazamer who has made several combines for Zygwen in the past.
