[netmagis] Can't find cgi directory

Hello,
I am trying to install Netmagis on Debian wheezy 7.4 OS using the first
method : installation packages , described in netmagis.orginstallation
guide by appending the followin lines in source.list and following the next
steps mentioned in instruction.
deb http://netmagis.org/files/repo stable main
deb-src http://netmagis.org/files/repo stable main
# apt-get update
# apt-get install netmagis-database
I found out that I am missing the cgi directory with the all corresponding
files in it.
Is it problem of packages offered on the website if not what might be a
reason?
