Somebody involved with literature for children in another country asked on
a discussion group for a list of organizations that might provide support
and consultation to arrest the decline this person perceives of literature
for children in their country. The list of resources that I suggested to
this person may be of interest to the members of this list.

It is impossible to know which organization(s) will take an interest in
this problem and prove helpful. One must try and at least hope for a
referal if the organization contacted cannot or will not help. Here are
some organizations to consider approaching for advice, guidance or
assitance with the problem that you pose.
