After School Online (ASO) is a forum for educators.  The scheduled
events, designed for professional development, are open to everyone in
the TAPPED IN community and all guests.

You can get a sneak preview of the new system (dubbed TI2) in some of
the ASO sessions this month including several TI2 Tours and Tips.
This week's featured events for ESL/EFL teachers and learners include
the Saturday and Sunday WebHeads and a Sunday EuroLang discussion on
Poessays & Critical Thinking. Tech Leaders, Literacy and the Arts, and
Technology in the Classroom are scheduled for Monday. Tuesday brings two
science discussions.  The K-3+ Resources topic is Spring and Science and
the popular Nuts About Nature topic is Signs of Spring. "Avoiding
Armageddon", the upcoming PBS series that examines the threats posed by
nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons, and brings viewers
face-to-face with the people racing to use them, will be the topic of
Wednesday's Social Studies forum. Thursday's Pre-Service Teachers will
take a look at some support resources. Events marked (TI2) will be held
in the TI2 system.
