The scheduled events, designed for professional development, are open to everyone in the TAPPED IN community and all guests. This week's featured events for ESL/EFL teachers and learners include the Saturday and Sunday WebHeads and a Sunday EuroLang discussion on using Viv@, a virtual interactive village. Monday starts the school week with the Technology in the Classroom's Donna Hendry showing you weather related resources. Monday also features Keiko Schneider's 30th Benkyoukai with guest Tetsuo Harada and the National Board Certification Group led by Gayle Britt. Tuesday brings the K-3 Resources discussion group led by Christina Wilder and Sue Roseman and the Middle Grades (4-8) Science group led by Jan Naher. Wednesday is Kim Foley's tutorial for Tourmaker and Bernie Dodge will discuss WebQuests for Teaching About a Place. Michael Hutchison's Social Studies Forum features special guest Joy Hakam, author of "Freedom: A History of US." (please note the special starting time for this event.) Thursday, Linda Ullah continues the discussion on Global Project Based Learning. Go to the url below each event for descriptions of the individual events.
