EDUCATORS FUNDING MAY BE EXHAUSTED BY MAY - APPLY NOW!
http://www.earthwatch.org/ed/apply.html

Elementary, middle, high school and college-level educators &
administrators from schools and non-traditional education institutions are
eligible to apply for our Educator Awards Program. We are looking for
adventuresome and innovative educators who are interested in natural and
cultural conservation, sustainability, and life-long learning. Note: You
are not eligible for an award if you are already reserved on an expedition.
Each educator is limited to two full fellowships, which cannot be in
consecutive years.

NOTE: While all educators are eligible for general funding, Earthwatch has
special grants available exclusively to specific teacher groups. We
currently have fellowship opportunities available for K-12 teachers in New
England, New Jersey, New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston,
Washington DC, Wisconsin, and for private school teachers nationwide.
Fellowships are not restricted to these geographic areas and all educators
in the US and Canada are encouraged to apply. This list will be updated
when any additional sponsorship is pledged.

Requirements:
Award winners are expected to keep detailed journals, acquire press
coverage about their experience and compile final reports, materials and
activities to share with others within 30 days of the project's end.
Fellows are also required to remain at their current institution for at
least one year after their Fellowship.

To apply:
1. Download an Education Fellowship Application or call to request one from
our Education Office.
You will need Acrobat Reader to download the PDF file.
