Human Vision and Color Perception

Human vision is a complex process that is not yet completely understood. It
involves the simultaneous interaction of the eyes and the brain through a
network of neurons, receptors, and other specialized cells. The first step is
the stimulation of light receptors in the eyes and transmission of electrical
signals containing the vision information to the brain through the optic
nerves. This information is processed in several stages ending at the visual
cortex of the brain.
