AN AIRLINE has sparked outrage after a Muslim woman was allegedly denied
an unopened can of coke in case she attacked passengers with it.

Thousands have lashed out at United Airliness alleged treatment of
university chaplain Tahera Ahmad, a moderate Muslim, during a flight from
Chicago to Washington DC on Friday night.

Writing about the incident on Facebook, Ms Ahmad said she was left in
tears of humiliation when she asked for an unopened can of Diet Coke for
hygienic reasons.
.
The flight attendant allegedly refused, saying, We are unauthorised to
give unopened cans to people because they may use it as a weapon on the
plane.
.
However Ms Ahmad, who has been honoured at the White House, claims the
passenger beside her was given an unopened can of beer.

When Ms Ahmad asked fellow passengers if they had witnessed this
discriminatory and disgusting behaviour, a man yelled at her, You Muslim,
you need to shut the f**k up ... Yes you know you would use it as a weapon
so shut the f**k up.

I cant help but cry on this plane because I thought people would defend me
and say something. Some people just shook their heads in dismay.
