Brilliant First Circuit Decision:
Mother of All Bulletin Boards (MBB) Decision
Eats Maine's New Freedom of Information Law,
as a Snack. A Small Snack, a Snackette.

Oh my, some court opinions make you
want to take off your hat and bow down
to fine minds that are definitely doing
God's work, like giving simple,
warm-hearted, reasonable, and healthy
interpretations of databases.

.

Oh, it warms the cockles of my heart,
and I imagine it warms "MacImage's" heart
and pocketbook. Now, to repeal that
Maine LD 1805 before it is passed.

.

Maybe next time the First Circuit will
rocket their decisions to us more
quickly.

.

Dwight, thinking how happy it makes me to
watch the snow falling falling falling and
not having to write "Purple Bears,
BlueGreen Striped Bunnies and Flat Orange
Kangaroos; Targets of Next Maine Laws?"

.

See attached, pure delightful history,
only in America could the Mother triumph
over crass greed, and database ignorances.
