That's a pretty good bet since nothing else I've seen seems to fit.
I haven't found any other photos showing anything like it 
that has a white pm line like this one does.

Larry, I think your unknown is a variable form of Black-dotted Ruddy Moth.

I've been getting a nice variety and good numbers.
A few notables are
6486 Tornos scolopacinarius - Dimorphic Gray - 3/20/12 (quite a few of
these)
Hydriomena sp. maybe 7239 H. pluviata - Sharp Green Hydriomena Moth -
3/15/12
maybe 3760.1 Aethes seriatana - Seriated Aethes Moth - 3/20/12 (Johnson
City)
an unid. Geometer (I think) - 3/20/12 (Johnson City)
