Thanks, Merrill.  Just want to check since recorded sighting are fairly sparse 
over in my part of the country on BG, MPG and BAMONA  -- not that those 
distribution maps are complete.

Yep, that's it.  Very common at my place in the NC mountains; overwinters as an 
adult and often seen on warm (relatively) evenings.
