It could be this. But there are a number of micros that are black and similar
in appearance to the specimen you have. If you want an id on this, post it to
bugguide id request; you want Terry Harrison to take a look at it- he is the
expert micro man on bugguide.

Are these both 1659 . Scythris fuscicomella ? I had JPG 6905 last
year 18 May 2012 and JPG 6452 this year 16 May 2013 on the hood of my car.
