Looks like an Idia sp. but it doesn't match anything I've seen.

Going nowhere with this ID.   Photo is from 7/28, S. Appalachians, North 
Carolina.
This is one of those you think will be easy to ID but you never see the exact 
one.  I don't even know where to start, although I'm on my 2nd pass through the 
plates for my unidentifieds.

Any help appreciated!
