Ken,
I will let Merrill speak for himself, but I suspect his answer will be the same as mine. My 9 species are all of the Limacodidae family.

When you say 13 species and you referring to moths with "slug" as part of the common name or anything from the family that slug moths belong to?

Harry,
I've had 13 spp of slugs so far this season but neither of those!  Both would be lifers for me.

First was Nason's Slug, Natada nasoni, and last night it was joined by Beutenmueller's Slug, Isochaetes beutenmuelleri, a moth with a good Germanic name. Moth numbers continue to be down, but individuals are interesting. A Walnut Sphinx has been on the wall outside our back door for a couple of days now.
