It could be but not long ago I found out that due to the use of DNA barcoding, 
it's been discovered that there are literally hundreds of undescribed species 
of Coleophora in North America so I'm calling most of what I see Coleophora sp. 
About the only one I'm sure of anymore is Coleophora mayrella.
