[ncsc-moths] Acrolophus maybe ID needed

Is this Mohawk Grass Tubeworm?   Acrolophus arcanella   It seems to have a 
small "Mohawk".  Very small moth, seen in Sept.

Is the other pic Acrolophus?  Also a very small moth.  Seen August 9.
