Neither of your Jan 29 moths looks like Rhyacionia frustrana, IMHO. 
#2 looks too worn to be sure but #3 might be 3272 Chimoptesis gerulae.

I think I identified two more- 2882– Rhyacionia frustrana– Nantucket Pine Tip 
Moth  Jan 29 2013 and
 5079– Udea rubigalis– Celery Leaftier Moth Jan 10 2012, which I should have 
known since I had it in December, so just three January unids to go.
 
Anyone else photograph any moths in January?
