I am still trying to update the ncolug web, no success. Here is a repeat
of the message to Bryan, in case he didn't get it directly:
I am now able to log in with FTP, but when I try to upload via the web
interface, I get
"FTP: Failed to write Array/.htaccess"
If I use real FTP, I just get "permission denied."
I am also unable to change permissions on any files.
