Saya setuju dengan teman saya yang berpendapat seperti ini:

Tentang larangan wanita menjadi pemimpin dan menjadi imam untuk laki 
laki tidak ada dalam Al Quran. Oleh karena itu setiap ulama2 
haruslah menghormati pendapat ulama2 lainnya. Hukum2 Allah yang 
jelas seperti haram memakan daging babi, maka semua ulama setuju dan 
begitu pula hal2 lainnya.Kalau ada hadist2 yang mengaharamkan 
kembali lagi itu adalah peraturan setempat, peraturan orang Arab, 
bukan peraturan dari Allah swt.

Jadi tidak boleh segolongan ulama membenarkan pemahamannya yang 
mutlak yang harus dikuti oleh orang lain. Cara berpikir begini akan 
menimbulkan perselisihan dan akhirnya saling saling melemahkan, dan 
berantam.

Sedangkan Allah sudah memperingatkan kepada ulama2 dalam al Quran
QS.49:11."wahai orang2 beriman! janganlah kamu saling menyalahkan 
golongan yang lain, belum tentu yang menyalahkan benar dan belum 
tentu yang disalah kan salah kemungkinan mereka benar.."
