[nanomsg] Using ZeroMQ bindings with nanomsg

Hi all,
To provide access to nanomsg library from various programming languages,
I've written first version of zeromq compatibility library. Check the
documentation here:
http://nanomsg.org/v0.0.0/nn_zmq.7.html
It is in no way perfect at the moment, so any suggestions and patches
are welcome.
