[nanomsg] Brief introduction, and pkgconfig vs SONAME question

Hello all,

My name is Japheth Cleaver and, after discovering this project a while
ago, I've been eager to get the nanomsg project packaged up into rawhide
for a future Fedora release. (I've somewhat taken over for the previous
submitter, who's closed their ticket.)

A question was raised in Bugzilla about the pkgconfig version and SONAME
being so distinct (libnanomsg.pc:2.0.2 vs libnanomsg.so.0.2.0). On
investigation, I'd assumed this was intentional, given the pre-release
nature of the ABI... but I wanted to make sure it was before submitting
package for any further review.

(This is the only pending issue (so far) at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1123511, so with luck an
approval might come sooner rather than later)

Any insight would be appreciated...

Regards,
-jc
