Hi Lars,

I see we have a to_end|end command that jumps to 10 seconds
before the end of the current *setup*.

I think an END mark specific to the current track/region is
a good idea. So if the track/region is moved, the END mark
moves too. That way the following region (which will be set
to play at END mark) will continue to be in the right place.

This may take a while.

For the present, I'm wondering if to_track_region_end|tre 
to_track_region_beginning|trb commands might 
make your life a little easier.
