[nama] LV2

I'm blocking on getting LV2 support compiled,
if someone could just send me the output
of lv2-register, I can get started when
there's time!

If we're lucky it will be similar enough
to other *-register outputs that it won't need much
special regex work.

Since Ecasound offers it, why shouldn't we get
it for free?
