Note:
The formal part of the meeting will run from 3:30 PM until 4:30 PM. Then
from 4:30 PM until 5:00 PM, we will be holding an open Q&A session to allow
people to ask questions related to the process of accessing services and
support through My Aged Care. We will answer any questions we can on the
day. If we don’t know the answer though, we’ll record it and find an answer
for you later. You can either join us for the entire duration of the
teleconference, or just attend either the formal part of the meeting or the
Q&A session depending on what interests you.
