  Expander is looking for a program to hand off to, so your Mac can  
do it's job invisibly and make you think everything is hunky-dory.  
It's some kind of formatted document for which there is no matched  
program on your Mac.

   Google submits to Chinese Gov't. Tibetan cybercafe warning:
