[muglo] sent messages not being saved-correction

I am using Mac Mail 2.1.3. I have three accounts [email addresses].
At one time, there were three mailboxes under the sent folder with
the name of each one of the accounts. They no longer are there.
The setting for sent messages in all three accounts [prefs] says
never to delete them yet they are not even being saved.
How do I fix this?
