[muglo] scrolling...

....apparently my children have hit a key board chord of which i am 
unaware...

when I attempt to scroll or advance the scroll one screen at a 
time...the scroll bar drops to the bottom and immediately scrolls in 
reverse to the top

this also occurs within an app with the mouse...any advice how to 
revert to normal settings???

my feeble attempts to search sys prefs have not found a solution
