While "standard" saving techniques are disabled, you can download the ".swf" or ".flv" file. (in Safari) Window menu ==> Activity ==> opens a window showing all of the files that your computer accessed for the web pages you have open; find the file, usually the largest size, and copy that link, then paste it into your downloads window (Window menu ==> Downloads), which will tell Safari to download that file to your desktop/downloads folder.
